Before we meet, I send you a detailed brand audit and discovery questionnaire. Fill it in honestly and don't filter yourself, because this is how I arrive already knowing your business properly, so we can skip the background and spend the whole day going deep on the actual work
ArrivalYou arrive to your space.
A beautiful private venue - hotel, private dining room, somewhere that feels entirely removed from an ordinary Tuesday. The room is set for a day of serious, joyful, uninterrupted work.
MorningThe Foundations
We start with the foundations of your Brand House - who you are, who you serve, what you stand for, and what your brand must communicate in order to command your prices. No assumptions. No rushing to the visual. We build the strategy that everything else rests on.
LunchStrategy should feel abundant, not depleting, so we eat, we breathe, we let the morning settle, and then we go back in for the afternoon.
AfternoonThe Architecture
The afternoon is where everything becomes actionable - offer suite structure, pricing positioning, visual world direction, tone of voice, and the specific moves that will actually shift your brand. We end the day with your complete Dossier mapped out and your next steps crystal clear.

I’ll also be asking what currently feels challenging or where you’re feeling stuck, as well as where you’re wanting to go! This will ensure I’m coming into your session as prepared as possible and can give you as much value as I can during the day.
