Hi, I’m Soph! Or, as my husband calls me, Zosia.

I'm a brand strategist and designer based in Liverpool, and I built Studio Zosia because I kept seeing the same thing over and over again: incredibly talented women charging a fraction of what they were worth, not because they weren't good enough (they were all exceptional at what they do), but because their brand wasn't saying they were.

I've been there myself - I spent over twelve years in corporate doing serious revenue growth work, watching people with half my capability get twice the recognition - simply because they were better positioned. So I know this problem from the inside, and I know exactly how to fix it.

I'm a strategist first, designer second. Which means every single thing I build - the identity, the website, the whole brand world - starts with the strategy that makes your prices feel inevitable.
