I spent 13 years working so hard I was constantly burning myself out, whilst watching everyone else in my industry get paid more, book high-ticket clients and get the speaking opportunities I knew I deserved, too.
Now, I want to give you the exact framework and tools that helped me go from overworked and overlooked to £20k+ months and living the life I knew I was always meant to live.

OuT of Office
In 2023, I quit my corporate career after scaling business division revenues from £3m to £39m+ in seven years.
I’d been in corporate for nearly 12 years and I realised that I wanted more: more freedom, more money, more building and living life on my own terms instead of having my calendar, location and income dictated to by someone else.
BUT, I’d be lying to you if I said that the journey was easy: all of the “good girl” and corporate conditioning I’d received through school and the corporate world was suddenly the reason that business felt hard, why I was constantly undercharging and over-explaining and why I was burning out while watching others in my industry charge triple my rate, get booked for speaking gigs and win allllll the awards (that I secretly thought I deserved too)!
Fast forward three years, and I now have my very own framework that enabled me to go from inconsistent income and zero enquiries to hitting a £20k revenue month within 6 weeks of implementing it.
I’ve worked with nearly 100 founders across the globe on some incredible brand and website projects, spent any spare time I had studying the psychology of luxury brands, and have now built my life and business in a way that allows me to enjoy that “more” that I always wanted.
I work three days during the week, I can (and have) worked from anywhere in the world, I doubled my corporate salary within two years, and I get to treat my husband - who spends his whole working and personal life looking after others - to trips away so I can look after him.
It’s everything I ever wanted (well, it will be once we get that Golden Retriever!), and now I want to help you build the life that you’ve always wanted, making more money, working less, and achieving whatever “more” means to you.

My Polish alter ego. Zosia is Sophie in Polish — a nod to my husband and the life we built together, which started, as all great love stories do, over coffee.

WHAT I’LL NEVER SHARE
Most things I will, but cheesecake… I won't. That's a firm boundary and I'm totally at peace with it.
LIFE GOALS
An office near the sea. A golden retriever. Allll the fashion magazine subscriptions I can read cover to cover every month without guilt.
WHAT I READ
Vogue, murder mysteries, books about planes, rom-coms, biographies… and in no particular order!
MY FORMER LIFE
Competitive ballroom and Latin dancer. I still think in counts of 8 and it probably shows up more than I think it does.
