A VIP Design Day is a dedicated block of Studio Zosia's time — reserved entirely for you and your project. We work through your brief in real time, collaborating throughout the day so you can give feedback as we go and leave with finished, polished, ready-to-use work.

This isn't a rushed job. It's focused work - which is a completely different thing.

The difference between a VIP Design Day and a standard project isn't quality. It's timeline. You get the same strategic eye, the same editorial aesthetic, the same attention to detail — just compressed into a single powerful day.

( How VIP Design Days Work )

The Process

( 001 ) Discovery + Consultation

We begin with a consultation call to understand what’s on your design to-do list and assess what we can realistically achieve within your design day. From here, a personalised proposal will be sent to you and, once accepted, your client agreement is shared with you to be signed. Your design day payment is then required to secure your day into the studio schedule.

( 002 ) Onboarding + Preparation

You’ll then get access to your own Client Portal, where you’ll find all the details about your project, with clear steps laid out to guide you through providing any inspiration files and brand assets.

This allows me to come into the day with a clear plan - meaning no time is wasted, everything is focused on what will make the biggest impact, and you get real results (fast).

Think of it as laying the foundations for a beautifully productive day.

( 003 ) Your Focused, High-Impact Design Day

When the big day arrives, we can have an initial kick-off call where we can do a final confirmation of the tasks and mini-projects I will be working on throughout your booked time.

We do ask that when booking your design day, you schedule a day where you can be available to provide feedback on email or via calls during this time.

( 004 ) Polish, Refinement + Delivery

Towards the end of the day, we’ll refine everything we’ve worked on - ensuring it feels cohesive, elevated and aligned with your brand.

You’ll receive:
• All completed design updates
• Any relevant files or assets
• Clear next steps (if needed)

So you walk away with tangible results, renewed confidence, and deliverables you’re excited to show off.

How much does a design day cost?

Investment

Half Day (4 hours) - £350

Full Day (8 hours) - £550

Work is delivered by end of your booked day. All files handed over in full, ready to use.

Not sure which you need?

As a rough guide - a single landing page, a social media template suite or a small brand collateral piece typically fits a half day.

A full website section, a complete proposal design or a larger collateral suite typically needs a full day. When in doubt, book a full day - unused time is rare but we'll always make the most of what we have.

A note on availability

VIP Design Days are limited each month to ensure every project gets full focus. Dates book up quickly - especially around launches and busy seasons. If you have a deadline in mind, book early.

Your Design Day is completely tailored to your business and priorities.

Once we have had our consultation call, we’ll recommend the best use of time so we achieve the highest impact results possible.
A Design Day is designed for focused, high-impact progress - not full website builds or full rebrands.
Depending on complexity, this could be:

• redesigning 1–3 key website pages
• refreshing layouts and visuals across several sections
• improving flow, clarity and conversion points
• refining brand visuals and consistency
We’ll always guide you on what’s achievable beforehand so expectations are clear and aligned.
This depends on what we agree on working on together!
If we’re designing some social media templates for you, we’ll need your full brand guidelines and branding assets (logos, fonts, colours etc) in order to ensure our work keeps your brand elevated and premium.
If we’re working on website pages, we’ll need the login for your website, for example.
Whatever we need from you prior to the day, we will communicate during our consultation call and you’ll also be guided through it in your client portal, too.
Yes!
We’ll work together in real time with regular checkins throughout the day (via email, your client portal or video call - whichever you prefer). You can ask questions, give feedback and watch everything come together - making the experience collaborative, clear and stress-free.
Because Design Days require dedicated preparation and reserved time in the diary, payments are non-refundable.
However, you’re welcome to reschedule with sufficient notice to ensure you have the time you need to prepare.
We’ll always prioritise the most impactful work first, and we will provide you with the most realistic expectations of what we can achieve during our consultation.
If there’s additional work you’d love support with after the Design Day, we can either:
• book an additional Design Day
• continue via consultancy or another service
