The full payment for the Studio Intensive must be made before your design week commences, however you can book your design week in advance to split the payments.

You’ll need to select your template, complete the pre-work questionnaires, and supply your content (website images and copy) and brand assets ahead of your intensive week.

Clear guidance is provided to make this feel straightforward and manageable.

Being prepared is key to ensuring a smooth and successful week.

All Studio Zosia templates are built on Squarespace. If you don’t already have a Squarespace account, don’t worry! We will talk you through all of the steps needed to get your website published.

You will also then receive tutorial videos to ensure you are fully confident on using and updating your site going forward.

With every bespoke website project, you’ll receive a 90 minute 1:1 training session from me, or a set of tailored recorded videos showing you how to use every aspect of your website, from updating text and images, to adding new pages from scratch.

My aim is always to empower you to be able to update and add to your website without needing to come back to me if you don’t want to.

You will also receive 30 days free tech support post launch to help with any tweaks or updates.

You’ll need to pay for your Squarespace or Shopify subscription (as above) as well as for your custom domain if required. Websites like GoDaddy and Namecheap offer relatively cheap domains!

Other than that, unless you require any add-ons or choose to pay for third party functionality (such as payment processing or premium email newsletters), there are no other costs.

This service assumes you already have a brand in place.

However, a Brand Styling add-on is available if you need light support with fonts, colours, and a simple wordmark.

A full custom brand identity is offered separately and is not included in the intensive timeline.

I am not a copywriter and will never claim to be - copywriters are incredibly talented people and it is a whole different discipline to website design.

You’ll receive a tailored copy and content guide aligned with your chosen template to assist you in writing your own copy.

If you would like professional help with your copy, I have partner copywriters who I trust implicitly that I can refer you to.

Yes - AI-assisted copy can be included if desired and will be strategically prompted to suit your business. Please note that AI-generated copy is not revised as part of this service.

This service is a strategic restyle and customisation of a Studio Zosia template, rather than a fully bespoke website.

The structure is intentionally pre-designed to allow for speed, clarity, and a refined end result within a single week.

The Studio Intensive is ideal for service-based businesses who are clear on their offerings, audience, and brand direction, and want a professional website quickly.

It’s best suited to businesses without complex functionality, e-commerce, or multiple offerings.

Intensive weeks run Monday to Friday, starting at 9am UK time.

All design work and revisions take place within this window to ensure clarity, focus, and timely delivery.

Revisions are built into the intensive week to keep momentum and focus.
Following launch, you’ll have a 60-minute window for small tweaks within 7 days.

Any additional or significant changes beyond this can be booked as a VIP Design Day.
