Of course! I have worked with clients all over the world, from the UK, to the US, to AUS. Depending on your time zone, we’ll work out a plan to make sure that you get the same amount of time focused on your business, even if we have to split your design day into 2 or 3 sessions.

You don’t have to be, no! I ask that you’re available for a check in call if needed, and available on emails for any feedback or questions I may have while working on your project(s).

From there, we’ll have a consultation call where you can let me know everything that you need help with, and I’ll let you know whether a full day or half a day session will be right for you.
Then, once everything is booked in, I’ll send you over a questionnaire which I will then use to prep for your design day and do any research if needed.
On the day, we’ll have a kick-off call in the morning to confirm tasks, priorities and ensure we’re on the same page for the day ahead!

If I think the list of tasks will take longer than the session you require, I will let you know, explain the timeframes and then work with you to identify priorities.
I may suggest booking a second session or an alternative service if I think it’s appropriate.

My Design Concierge services are for brand and website updates or digital content design projects. Any brand or website project that requires starting from scratch will not be suitable for my design day offers and a Custom Website Project or Brand Identity Design will be a better fit.
Please also note that while I can help you style and format your copy on your website, full copywriting is not a service that is included. If you do require website copy, send me a email and I’d be more than happy to recommend some wonderful copywriters!

I ask for 50% of the session fee at the time of booking as a deposit to secure your day in my schedule. The remaining 50% is due the working day prior to your design day.

If we’re working on your website, please provide relevant images and copy prior to the design day.
If we’re working on other design collateral (such as presentation templates, reports or social templates), please provide images, copy and any other assets required for those prior to the design day.
Failure to provide these will result in a rescheduling of your day.
