The Process

( 001 ) Discovery + Consultation

We begin with a consultation call to understand your business, your goals, audience and vision. From here, a personalised proposal will be sent to you and, once accepted, your client agreement is shared with you to be signed. A 25% deposit is then required to secure your project and your start date.

( 002 ) Onboarding + Preparation

You’ll then get access to your own Client Portal, where you’ll find all the details about your project, with clear steps laid out to guide you through your project questionnaire and providing details around your vision. This ensures we begin your project with clarity and organisation.

( 003 ) Strategy + Direction

This is where we take a real deep dive into your brand, starting with a strategy call to go through your questionnaire in more depth, followed by our research to really define the heart of your brand - including your positioning, goals, audience, values and what your brand truly needs to reflect and communicate for your business to help you reach those goals.

We also provide a high-level creative direction document, outlining your brand’s tone, imagery, colour palette, and typography inspiration for your sign off before the full design work begins.

( 004 ) Design + Development

Now, we design your full logo suite, establish your colour palette and typography systems, as well as any supporting brand illustrations or patterns we may have discussed during our discovery phase.

( 005 ) Review + Refinement

You’ll get two guided and structured revision rounds during the project to ensure your brand is truly perfect for you.

We’ll guide you through giving this feedback, ensuring we’re staying aligned with your initial vision, brand objectives and overall strategy we established in step 3.

( 006 ) Launch + Support

Then, we’ll prepare all of your branding files and provide them for you to download via our client portal. We’ll also provide structured brand guidelines which will guide you through exactly how to use your new branding to ensure it remains cohesive across all digital touchpoints.

  • Yes! Absolutely.

    I kindly ask that you pay a 25% deposit on any project we undertake together, and then after that, we can work out a payment plan over a number of instalments to cover the length of your project.

  • Yes — brand identity design can be combined with a bespoke website as part of The Studio Signature. This allows both elements to be developed together, creating a seamless, cohesive result.

  • For all design projects, you’ll be provided with a Design Questionnaire that I will kindly ask you to complete ahead of our Strategy Call, as well as gathering some visual inspiration via a Pinterest board!

    You’ll need to come with some understanding of your ideal clients, your long-term goals and your brand essence, but don’t worry if this isn’t completely clear. We can work through this together as part of the strategy phase.

  • You’ll receive one considered brand direction, developed strategically and refined collaboratively. This approach ensures depth, cohesion, and a stronger final outcome.

  • Studio Zosia doesn’t offer standalone logo design, as a logo without a wider visual system rarely supports a business long-term.

    If you’re looking for a lighter-touch option, you may be better suited to the Brand Styling package — a smaller, considered offering that includes a custom wordmark, colour palette, and typography to give your brand a cohesive, professional foundation without a full brand identity project.

  • A defined round of refinements is included to ensure your brand feels aligned and complete. Clear guidance is provided so feedback is focused and productive.
