  • Design Days are flexible, but best suited to clearly defined tasks, such as:

    • Website refinements or new page builds

    • Template customisation

    • Brand asset creation

    • Sales pages or launch design

    • Visual consistency and polish across your site

    • Layout and design support for campaigns or offers

    If it can be scoped clearly in advance, it can usually be completed within a Design Day.

  • Design Days are for established founders who:

    • Know what they need, but don’t have the time or headspace to do it well

    • Are tired of juggling designers, templates, or half-finished ideas

    • Want expert execution - not DIY fixes or rushed solutions

    • Value quality, clarity, and efficiency

    • Design Days are booked in advance

    • Work is completed on your scheduled date

    • Any tweaks not completed on the day will be completed at the discretion of Studio Zosia and within 2–3 working days.

    Your brand identity is thoughtfully developed, exploring visual concepts that reflect the essence and calibre of your work. Together, we refine the chosen direction, shaping a cohesive identity that feels confident, elevated, and unmistakably yours.

  • 03. Debut

    Your final brand identity is carefully prepared and delivered with clear guidelines, giving you everything you need to show up consistently and confidently across your website, content, and marketing.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! Absolutely.

    I kindly ask that you pay a 25% deposit on any project we undertake together, and then after that, we can work out a payment plan over a number of instalments to cover the length of your project.

  • Yes — brand identity design can be combined with a bespoke website as part of The Studio Signature. This allows both elements to be developed together, creating a seamless, cohesive result.

  • For all design projects, you’ll be provided with a Design Questionnaire that I will kindly ask you to complete ahead of our Strategy Call, as well as gathering some visual inspiration via a Pinterest board!

    You’ll need to come with some understanding of your ideal clients, your long-term goals and your brand essence, but don’t worry if this isn’t completely clear. We can work through this together as part of the strategy phase.

  • You’ll receive one considered brand direction, developed strategically and refined collaboratively. This approach ensures depth, cohesion, and a stronger final outcome.

  • Studio Zosia doesn’t offer standalone logo design, as a logo without a wider visual system rarely supports a business long-term.

    If you’re looking for a lighter-touch option, you may be better suited to the Brand Styling package — a smaller, considered offering that includes a custom wordmark, colour palette, and typography to give your brand a cohesive, professional foundation without a full brand identity project.

  • A defined round of refinements is included to ensure your brand feels aligned and complete. Clear guidance is provided so feedback is focused and productive.
